LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is the generic name of propane and commercial butane mixture. These are hydrocarbon products produced by the Oil and Gas Industry. Commercial Propane predominantly consists of hydrocarbons containing three carbon atoms, mainly propane (C3H8). Commercial Butane predominantly consists of hydrocarbons containing four carbon atoms, mainly n- and iso-butanes (C4H10).
LPG has more than 1000 applications — from cooking and heating to transportation and industry.
LPG can be transported, stored, and used virtually anywhere in the world. It does not require a fixed network and will not deteriorate over time.
